Payment
Payment must be received in full to confirm your registration. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or cheque made out to 'SmartShape P/L'. If you wish to pay by direct bank deposit, please contact us on (02) 9620 9511 for details.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal or registration details without your express permission.

Confirmation
Registrations will be acknowledged by email or by post. If you do not receive notification within 14 days of registering online or sending your form, please contact us to ensure we have received your details.

Tax receipts
Unless requested, you will receive a Tax Invoice at the event.

Closing date
There is no closing date for Re-Energise registration. However, registration received after Tuesday 16 October will incur a $25 administration fee.

Special dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify us in writing by Tuesday 16th October ao that we have time to respond to your request.

Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no additional charge. Alternatively, a full refund less $50 administration fee, will be made provided a written request for cancellation is received by 17 October 2007. We regret due to organisational commitments, that no refund will be available for cancellations after 17 October 2007.

Transfers
You can transfer your registration to someone else. You must provide full details in writing of the transferee.

Programme changes
Event information is correct at time of publication but may be subject to change without notice. SmartShape reserves the right to change speaker schedules or replace a speaker or topic when required due to reasons beyond the control of the organisers. The organiser does not take financial responsibility for changes or disruptions that are beyond their control.

Accomodation
Conference fees do not include accomodation. The organiser cannot be held responsible for unavailability of accomodation.
