Payment
Payment must be received in full to confirm your enrollment. You can pay by Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa or cheque made out to 'SmartShape P/L'. If you wish to pay by direct bank deposit, please contact us on (02) 9620 9511 for details.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal or registration details without your express permission.

Confirmation
Registrations will be acknowledged by email or by post. If you do not receive notification within 14 days of registering online or sending your form, please contact us to ensure we have received your details.

Tax receipts
Unless requested, you will receive a Tax Invoice at your course.

Closing date
There is no closing date for course enrollments. However, places may fill up quickly, so we suggest enrolling early.

Special dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify us in writing 7 days before your course so that we have time to respond to your request.

Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no additional charge. Alternatively, a full refund less $50 administration fee, will be made provided a written request for cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to your course. We regret due to organisational commitments, that no refund will be available for cancellations within 7 days of your course.

Transfers
You can transfer your enrollment to someone else. You must provide full details in writing of the transferee.

Course changes
Course information is correct at time of publication but may be subject to change without notice. SmartShape reserves the right to change course content when required due to reasons beyond the control of the organisers.
