Accreditation & qualification
This short-course is an Accredited Program for Continuing Education with Fitness Australia. It provides specialist training in physical activity for fat loss in addition to what is provided in the Fitness Instructor (Certificate III) and Personal Trainer (Certificate IV) qualifications.
As formal qualification as a Personal Trainer requires Certificate IV level study, this course - as is the case for other short courses - cannot formally qualify you to supervise exercise programs for clients. We can advise you about training in the fitness industry at the course.
It does however, provide best-practice physical activity teaching and advice that is not available elsewhere. Matt's courses have empowered health and fitness practitioners to get superior results for their clients for over 15 years.
