Matt O'Neill
BSpSc, MSc(Nut&Diet), Nutritionist & Director, SmartShape

Matt O'Neill is one of Australia's top Nutritionists and a regular on Channel 7's Sunrise and Morning Shows. He is also the Weight Loss Coach for Men's Health Magazine (Aust). His trusted advice has helped millions of people enhance their diet, wellbeing and body shape.
Matt is the Director and Nutritionist at the SmartShape Centre for Weight Management, which he founded in 2000 to provide people with inspring weight loss tips tools and training.
He has delivered over 1000 media interviews, hundreds of seminars and has presented in 8 countries.
Before he founded SmartShape, Matt was the Nutritionist and Senior Food Policy Officer for the Australian Consumers Assocoiation / Choice Magazine.

Allan Bolton
B.H.M.S(Hons), MAAESS

Allan is the Managing Director of Quality Health Australia Pty Ltd. He has been helping people recharge, renew and improve their daily performance for over 25 years. Organisations seek his expertise as a leading industry educator to produce better lifestyle tools that are simple, effective and fun.
Allan is an Honours graduate in Exercise Science with specialist AAESS Accreditation in Exercise and Sports Physiology. He is also a Certificate IV Training and Workplace Assessor. and a past recipient of the `Australian Fitness Leader of the Year'.
He was the co-developer of the internationally acclaimed GutBusters Waist Loss Program for Men and is currently a Scientific Advisory Board member for Weight Watchers Australasia. He is the key developer of the Weight Watchers for Men Program.

PhD, MAAESS, AEP

Jarrod is the Founder and Managing Director of Body Composition Australia.
With qualification as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a PhD in Exercise Science, he is the first health professional in Australia to provide dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) body composition scans outside the research setting.
His expertise lies in the use of dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) for bone mineral density and body composition analysis and in developing computer models of subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue of the abdomen from magnetic resonance imaging.
Jarrod has presented his research work and the work done as part of the team at Queensland University of Technology both nationally and internationally.
His work has seen a number of questions raised about body composition - what is it, what does it mean, how should it be measured and how does it influence individuals' health. The desire to provide accurate body composition measurement and information to the community saw the development of Body Composition Australia.
Jarrod has previously been the National Sports Science Coordinator for the Australian Paralympic Committee and he currently holds an executive position in the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS).
In addition to his academic and research positions, he has been providing fitness instruction to a wide body of clientele for many years.
Susie Burrell
BNutr&Diet, BSc(psych)(Hons), APD, Dietitian

Susie is a leading Dietitian with an honours degree in psychology who produces Susie's Updates, a weekly email newsletter with practical nutrition advice and insightful lifestyle tips at her website - www.SusieBurrell.com.au
She is the specialist Obesity Dietitian at The Children's Hospital at Westmead, where she works with kids and their families to build sustainable food and fitness strategies.
She draws on coaching psychology models to ensure that health and nutrition changes are self directed and do-able, to ensure each persons health and lifestyle goals are met long term.
Susie is a talented speaker and appears regularly on TV with practical food advice. She also shares her food tips as a weekly columnist in the Sunday Telegraph and is the Sports Dietitian for the Parramatta Eels.
Susie consults at The Stadium Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre in Sydney where she sees individuals, athletes and children for fat loss.
