2. Terms of use for using message boards and surveys on or linked from this site

At times we may offer message boards as a place for you to share your ideas, ask questions and join discussions on a range of topics. You are solely responsible for the content of any of the material you post in any message board. You must not post in any forum, any material that is offensive, vulgar, libelous or that would otherwise violate any law. You must not include any content which may:

Pricing
All prices are stated in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST in Australia.

Transaction security
All purchase details, including your name, email, address and credit card information are collected on a secure server to ensure protection of your private information.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal details, including name, email and address will not be shared with any third party without your permission.

Delivery
Products ordered online will be dispatched within two working days if in stock. If not in stock we will alert you of an anticipated delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Returns and refunds
You may return unwanted or undamaged goods within 30 days for a prompt refund. If the problem is a result of our error, we will refund shipping costs. Please make sure that you include the original packing notice or Tax Invoice with any product you return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited directly to the card number supplied. All other refunds will be made by cheque or direct bank transfer.

Changes to terms and conditions
SmartShape may change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of this site after such changes indicates that you have accepted any changes. A link to these "Terms and Conditions" is placed at the bottom of every page so that you can check them each time you visit to understand your bounded obligations.
